electric rastrello | first of the list
Electric Rastrello continue to probe the evil that pours from the mouths of Italian politicians.
But whilst their first album was more of a realisation of the advanced state of decay in human governance, their second explores initiatives for change.
Non-violent, to begin with, but effective only for oneself – like dancing in a hospital waiting room to heal oneself, after hours of fruitless waiting.
They move then on to scenarios involving direct action, stemming from the legacy of Luigi Mangione, drawing up a detailed list to identify the leading figures we should aim for.
Should we act more? The future was here.
